Southwest announced today that they'll start serving it in May '10 from four destinations I belive. I would strongly suspect we'd be among them. I'm excited about our SWA service to STL, and I find it odd that they cut service to Ontario, CA. We're Ontario's link to the East so it seems like that's a weird one to eliminate. I live in Dallas now, and I'm just counting the days until Love is fully repealed.

BNA will be one of the first destinations from Love Field once the Wright Amendment is gone. And when they add flights, I would expect anywhere from four to seven flights a day between Nashville and Dallas. Southwest wants this connection pretty bad right now, shame we all have to wait.

So we are losing the Ontario flight but gaining Panama City as a "Launch City" from there and we are also adding dailies to St. Louis on Southwest as well. Overall, that's really not bad. We are actually gaining flights and destinations as opposed to straight losing them. That's great and perhaps the Ontario flight will come back after the economy recovers.

Again, I'm just counting the days. It's usually not enough to push me to fly American, but I sure do hate connecting though HOU, KCI, MSY or Birmingham.

Well, the day is fast approaching when you'll be able to fly BNA-Dallas Love Field non-stop! You can almost bet on that!

Anyone know why there are Delta jets parked at the FedEx facility?
