What's the deal with the new Little Caeser's pizza place @ 539 Smith St? Is this a new building or an existing one? I didn't hear anything about this going up.

It is the old Value Land (now Aldi's) building.

Technically, it is a new building. They tore down the Valueland building and replaced it.

I'm not proud of this, but I am totally digging the crappy Little Caesars pizza. $5 for a large and they have the basics pre made and ready to roll. Its horrible, yet somehow compelling. Between the college kids and the lower income folks theyre going to make a killing.
