    • Description: 22-story mixed-use tower to be built near the intersection of I-40 and Hwy 68 close to Piedmont Triad International Airport in Greensboro. The tower will include a mix of condo and office space and will have several restaurants, including a penthouse restaurant and public observation deck on top. Other features would include an aquarium and possibly an IMAX theater.

    History: When this project was first proposed, it was planned to be a 14-story office tower. The developer then changed his plan and decided to add another 8-stories to the proposal and make it mixed-use. The poor economy has currently put this project on hold.
