      • Donelson could see 2.7 million square feet of new office space, though the details of the project are unclear.
      • The Mathews Company has applied for the zoning to allow 180 acres of land just north of Interstate 40 and east of Elm Hill Pike to be developed into 2.7 million square feet of mostly Class A office space with a complementary retail and commercial component, according to plans submitted to the Metro Planning Department.
      • Bert Mathews, president of the Mathews Company, says plans for the land are far from finalized.
