Nashville City Center 2

  • History: This was to be the second phase of the Nashville City Center development. It was to be a 39 story twin of the already built City Center building, containing additional office space. The site of the second phase is currently two surface parking lots, on half an acre of land, south of the first phase, along 6th Ave N. Development partners were/are local developer David R. Emery, Texas-based John P. Grayken and the Robert M. Bass Group Inc., the investment arm of the wealthy Fort Worth, Texas-based Bass family.
