10-3-08 NBJ: Gulch towers on hold indefinitely
- Eakin Partners and Corner Realty Partners had hoped the mixed-use development dubbed Laurel would be open by 2010
- The 1.5-acre project at the corner of 12th Avenue South and Demonbreun Street is still in the works, says Eakin president Barry Smith, but it won’t go forward until the right office tenant is in place.
