I'm blown away by these pics! Toronto is definitely on my list of places to visit/consider living in. My favorite pics: the one looking at the neverending grid of windows/balconies of an apartment building (in the first post), and the porn store with the nine million ads on it  classsic, I love "real" urban pictures like those.

Copper, are you from Toronto? I heard it has an awesome bikeway system, mind sharing a little about it?

These are great pics. The ironic thing is that I've been to many conservative cities

with sterile downtowns where you would NEVER find the kind of storefronts you see below

in the middle of downtown (or in some cases, anywhere in the city period). They wouldn't

even be allowed, as they would be considered too tacky and cluttered (which is what makes

them great IMO). Toronto actually has miles of streets dominated by these kind of

storefronts. Colourful and chaotic rather than orderly and predictable.

What a talented photographer. I've always thought I might like to visit Toronto someday, but seeing these photos just confirms that I definitely want to go there.

I personally enjoyed the photo of the Kit Kat sign... we used to have a Kit Kat Club here in downtown Orlando and I miss it.

Thanks for sharing the photos. Cheers.
