  1. Ummm... hmm... New Orleans meets the Vanderbilts... 13 Stories on the residential, 16 on the hotel. Squaring off the intersection has nothing to do with hotel access, looks like that will be off Division/20th

  2. Ok. How about a roundabout? There is plenty of room for one. It would make for a pretty prominent corner.

  5. Great picture! Walk/Bike Nashville valeted more than 200 bikes that night, and all of the municipal racks were full. And I noticed a ton of trees and signposts with bikes on them as well. I know that the LOTG organizers expected as many as 10,000 that night, but for so many people to arrive on bikes is, to me, an indicator that a LOT more people are choosing to live closer in to the city. I know in previous years that 40-50 bikes at the WBN valet service was considered a big turnout.

  6. Had a few minutes during my lunch break today to try out a new lens. It's a tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 on a nikon d7000. So wide!

  8. Recently helped with a video shoot of some local hoopers. Here's a photo during a location change. Greenville is good! More street performing needs to happen and I think with the new laws that TimTv is helping set in place it will be much easier for folks to get out there and show their talent.

  9. This site was CONSIDERED for the new Federal Building but of course, that went to E. North St. instead. There is a large swath of land from Falls Park north toward Broad Street that is in the hands of just two properties owners. Doing a major project would be relatively easy, I would think.
