  6. Hey Guys, The mods have gotten together on a Web ex call for a first time meeting to make a few changes and add a moderator. We want to WELCOME Craig, Bos2Nash as a moderator. It may take a couple of days for the power to become effective. I also want to thank Bob LA_TN, Taylor, downtownresident, & Brian, Predsboy18 who will be helping me with the Development Map. Too much to handle for one person now! I just wanted to let everyone know that there are changes to the forum structure taking place. 7. Has this skyline rendering of Prime and Alcove been posted yet? I hadn't seen it before checking the Giarratanna website, but it's pretty cool. Granted, the new Pinnacle building and others in Nashville Yards will mostly block these buildings from this angle, which is crazy to think about.

  8. I went to the Matthews Community meeting for the Silver Line station area planning last night and I thought y'all might appreciate some of the pictures/information from the event. I meant to take more pictures but was a bit rushed and I didn't want to bother people trying to look at the maps/renderings. It definitely felt like they were trying to show the best possible outcomes that could come with the silver line. They showed some real moonshot ideas in some of the drawings that would be awesome if implemented, but seem prohibitively expensive considering we still don't know where

Images released for the the 28 story (probably around 310'), 400 unit residential tower that will feature 16,000 sq. ft. of retail/restaurant space, and 400 parking spaces. within an internal and below-grade garage. Mill Creek will seek bonus height modification from the Downtown Code which allows for 15 stories on this location. Architect Cooper Cary has given the exterior design a “folding door” element, similar to what GBT Realty’s ONE22ONE tower, rising on an adjacent site to the north, offers.
