    well, today could have gone better. I was off yesterday so, of course, nothing got done. And who should walk into my store bright and early this morning? Oh, just the company vice president. And of course I was the only manager there at the time, so I had to deal with the backlash. Even though literally none of it was my fault. Oh, and did I also mention that I worked 13.5 hours today? Some days...
