Bravo, Catfish. I'm going to email my city councilman and encourage him (them) to reboot this thing, & not be so short-sighted.

I know, man. Very disappointing. People have to realize that if you want to take the next step, you have to be willing to be bold and take some risks. You can't sit on your hands for the next 25-30 years and fix the roads, sewer issues, and do nothing else. I realize that we have challenges ahead, but I believe we can do both.
