  1. Yeah, I noticed that quite often, floor 15 seemed to have the same view as floor 38. Hmmmm...
  2. I have a question. Once they start selling contracts, can people still just make reservations, or do people have to make a decision between buying a condo or not buying one?
  3. I agree. I've decided to stop desperately hoping for the ST to happen, and started looking at the facts. And I gotta say, it's a lot less depressing. There is life outside of the Signature Tower.
  4. Do you always have to announce it to us whenever someones posts got deleted? I don't mean to start a fight, either.
  5. I would think that many people might not have made reservations because they don't want to put money into a project that so many people are doubting. Maybe if groundbreaking happens, and they see that it will be built, they would be more inclined to make a reservation.
  6. Ooooh, look at the new floorplans. I counted 136 reserved, btw. And the amenity level looks nice.
  7. I love Jack Johnson, but it's more of a summer music for me. Not for cold weather. I'm listening to Michael W Smith's Christmastime cd.
  8. I agree. I'm all for the changes if it will make the project cheaper, and thus more likely to be built. I've found the other thing, though, that's been bugging me about the crown. The very bottom section just looks to tall, and fat, which I think is what makes the whole thing look stubby. But still, the changes for the better on the bottom overrule the changes for the worse on top. This should make people who want a more different ground level than the rest of the tower happy.
  9. Yeah, the changes in the y'all are noticing are the holes in it. I kind of like it, but I agree, it does look stubbier. It also kind of looks cheaper. Maybe it is, I don't know. but I do really like the bottom 13 floors. It looks more art decoish.
