  1. My morning commute is exactly 0 seconds and 0 miles too.
  2. I'd put Charleston and Asheville at the top of the list of thriving downtowns in the South. Just because a downtown has skyscrapers doesn't mean it's thriving. I'm sure that's been discussed ad nauseam on this forum and on similar forums though.
  3. Wow it seems like Baton Rouge has a lot of new buildings. I never realized that. I just knew they had a tall capitol building.
  4. Man...if only I could offer something to this discussion. All I can say is this is an awesome new building for Charlotte. I couldn't see it at all when I was driving along 77 the other night. That was when we got that huge rainstorm and I really needed to be focusing on the road anyway. I typed 6 sentences! Yay me (it is too a sentence)!
  5. That's very cool. I always like aerial photographs, maps and illustrations (almost as much as I like telling one-liners [inside joke; don't worry about it]).
  6. Very nice. I still haven't gone there yet.
  7. I went by there (on accident) and there were a lot of cars in the parking lot. It looks pretty nice, but it's not the easiest place to get to (as you all know).
  8. I was kind of excited about this project like 2 or 3 years ago.
  9. You certainly won't hear any complaining from me.
  10. If only Charlotte had more places like the Latta Arcade.
  11. That's pretty cool. We used to have to use these things called...What were they called?...Oh yeah books.
  12. The Clemson one was pretty good too. And I don't even like Clemson.
  13. Yeah, I heard about that. Good job. I also liked College of Charleston's upset of UNC (that was a long time ago, but I can't get over it).
  14. A house actually. Are you at USC (the less prestigious one) Spartan? I've been there (and we'll just leave it at that).
