    Hell, what about 25? That's sort of my benchmark for our next tower. We need variation and more height. I love this project so much. I cant wait to see what it does to the street traffic when it's open. Nothing better than seeing people out and about.

    Any troubles with the new ownership? We were told we would have access to the venue the night before so we were going to do rehearsal there and now the new owners are nixing that idea.

    I'm surprised they dont add housing above (if that's possible) aimed at medical mile employees. Maybe I think too far outside the box. I just want to see more people interacting with the north side of downtown outside normal business hours as well as height.

    I suppose so! But it makes me think of that long abandoned hotel in Pyongyang (that I believe is now a government building over there) It just has that unfinished abandoned project look.. and it's awful. And I have a hard time believing that they are going to leave it like that, despite the building being occupied. I just cant imagine anyone thinking that it's okay.

    Why not move the venue a little south and put a building in between? Like a linear hotel that's 15 stories high?

    Yeah, it looks unbelievable already. Makes a HUGE difference. Still, I'm gonna be greedy and wish it was more like 25 stories.

    Could be elevated, like Phoenix Plaza in Pontiac. Put it atop a parking garage with BOH access to the VAA and you got something.

    Looks like the other tower crane is coming down?

    Drove north on Ottawa this morning. Hard to turn west, because the fencing really impacts your vision to your right.
