Yes the Biltmore has been office space for a while but was purchased by Georgia Tech last year. I'm not sure of their specific plans. The big hole in the ground in the CODA building. The building in the last photo across from CODA is of a dorm project known as "The Standard".

Here is the map of the proposed expansion including the new stations.

Midtown has the among highest average rents in Atlanta but that's probably because it has the most new apartments. I don't know about the typical price range but the new buildings to me are crazy expensive. For condos, there is a wide range of prices but not a lot of inventory so its a seller's market and prices have been on the rise. A 2br in a newer building will be in $300-400's.
-
Yes. The parking deck wraps around a gas station that will be remodeled.
-
Agreed. This will FINALLY create some transit expansion in Atlanta. It's too bad that transit funding has to come in such a piecemeal fashion but that's where we are. And honestly, if transit is only expanded within the city for a while, I'm perfectly fine with that.

That's a great angle to view Midtown. It offers a view of nearly every project going up right now. Two projects that recently broke ground, CODA Tech Square and Hanover Midtown, will add nicely to the skyline from this viewpoint. But wait! There's more... The law firm Drew, Eckl & Farnham has officially relocated to downtown, paving the way for demolition of the office building at 880 West Peachtree street. Of course 880 WP is the site of the apartment project known as Alexan Midtown so there may be movement on yet another tower proposal soon. CODA Tech Square Hanover Midtown Alexan Midtown

And the hits keep coming for Midtown. The job gains are beginning to rival the residential growth in Midtown and that is very good news. Carpet and Tile maker Interface is relocating their headquarters from Vinings to Midtown. The company will bring 150 to 200 employees to a small adaptive reuse project across the street from the Arts Center Station called 16th Station. Interface will occupy the entire building. And here are new renderings of the dual branded AC/Moxy hotel on 14th street that plans to break ground this fall.
