  2. I partied in that house in the early to mid 2000's. Lots of good bluegrass was played and consumed.
  3. Interesting... this one is also a single building that crosses multiple properties.,and appears to have been subdivided recently (within the last 3 years).. Also the properties front city owned land, not right of way, but city owned. Also, within the same block is a townhouse parcel without frontage on Peridoe Pt.

  5. It’s not a building type, But it allows separately owned structures to be built on a single parcel and avoids having a parcel without access. Can you find a subdivision like this on Polaris that has parcels without frontage? I looked today, but I have a center city bias in my search. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  12. I (until very recently) worked right there so I follow this rather closely and see parking at all times of day.... once those 2 are complete there will be 3 to replace it ... on a larger scale. The parking situation now, is about what it is always going to be going forward.

  14. You know, in retrospect the Thirsty Beaver probably does more to sell that apartment complex than any "amenity" they could have pursued. Starbucks is pretty solid draw too. If I were building a building, I would probably rather have a definite starbuck and a little less sf than I would a maybe starbucks and more sf. The draw for East Blvd is getting weaker and weaker with all the competition out there. I think they need the Starbucks.
