Vendor carts don't count... I'm pretty excited about Whataburger though!

Is all this work being done on Airport Blvd the start of expanding to four lanes? That's what it appears, but they could be doing something else.

I don't go to the Pleasant Grove area too often. What's the Whataburger looking like? Are they making any progress with it or has it even started being built yet?

A gas station is the most likely to be put there. It seems too close to the market to be anything else. They must have wanted to get the market taken care of before focusing on the gas station part.

Living in Vaughn, I am definitely NOT looking forward to that strip mall. During rush hour, I typically wait through three stoplights before being able to turn onto Airport Blvd. A second turning lane would be nice, but is near impossible without a ton of work. That Community Center is already going to make that intersection more of a pain.

That would be amazing! I go into work early every day just so I can beat the school traffic. Around 7:30, it's typically backed up all the way past the Kum and Go.

Everything at the Family Dollar in Centerton is on sale since the store is "moving" and now I read that Dollar Tree has officially purchased Family Dollar. Anyone think that that certain Family Dollar will change to a Dollar Tree? A lot of what Dollar Tree carries isn't good quality, but they've also got a lot of items that are worth spending $1 for.

Speaking of restaurants, does Bentonville or Rogers have a breakfast buffet other than Golden Corral? I know that Springdale does, but I'd rather not have to drive to Springdale.

That's going to be amazing! Fun for kids & adults of of ages. I remember watching "Slamball" as a kid and thought it would be so fun to do something like that.

I haven't been by there recently, but a Hardee's would be nice.

I feel like this has been brought up countless times. I've never seen been to a cheesecake factory, so I know nothing about it, but everyone here believes that there's less than a 1% chance of a cheesecake factory coming anytime soon.

If I remember correctly, something looks like it's being done at the Southeast corner of West New Hope and Bellview Street.

I've never been much of a frozen yogurt fan, especially when it comes to places that specialize in it. They're usually very pricey.

Looks like a good sized building.

I would love for that to happen! Bella Vista isn't too far away, but I'd still rather have a Dairy Queen in Bentonville as well.
