The condo building is basically sold out. They have started selling the quadplex but not the single family homes yet. They are pricing the homes at 1.1-1.35M for 3200-5000 sqft. I have no idea how they are all going to fit on that property and who in their right mind would pay that for absolutely no yard and sharing your driveway with 50 other people.

I may or may not have walked through the townhomes next to king of pops and it has to be the least efficient design I have ever seen They are 1100-1200 sq ft but feel smaller than an 800 ft condo I once had. The stair design eats up so much space and the 2nd "bedroom" is a joke. They had a really attractive price point but they are 1 bedroom units with a 1 car garage. Makes that 300k price not look so good. The Helix and Southpoint smaller units are so much better from a layout perspective.

I was referring to number 3. The carolina foundry land. They had gotten approval long before the sewer upgrade news so that's surprising they never got going.

Since you know all, when are the W Tremont townhomes going to start? Seems like that project has been in the works for years

Possibly even more townhomes coming to W Tremont St. These back right up to Brookhill Village though. Hard to see these getting built until a definitive solution is confirmed for BV. I still havent seen any updates on the townhomes where the dilworth mattress factory is by Sycamore. http://charlottenc.gov/planning/Rezoning/RezoningPetitions/2017Petitions/Pages/2017-154.aspx

New restaurant space coming to south end. Does anyone have any update on the Tremont townhomes that are going to be close to Sycamore.? The ones behind where Helix is? http://www.charlotteobserver.com/news/business/article177871636.html

Website has been updated with floorplans where you can read the dimensions. Master bedroom and living area are both a measly 12x12.5. The 2nd "bedroom" is 8x9.5. I was pretty excited about the look that these units had and the attractive price point but the architect really dropped the ball. I had an 860 sq ft condo that had more usable space that this. The stair design is eating up so much real esate.

The Domain townhomes came out with floor plans. Not a very efficient use of the space IMO. No space for any sort of dining table and the 2nd "bedroom" is tiny. Not having a 2nd full bath really turns the place into a 1 big bedroom unit.

The southpoint at southend townhomes have new signs up showing phase 2 with 38 more units off of Remount road but I can't find any zoning docs for it. Does anyone have any links?

Those townhomes are taking forever even after accounting for the fire.
