  1. It will be easier to dodge the copperheads now..... I had to stop running this trail because of snakes.
  2. You know.. when the put it up, they probably weren't even thinking about the "Spartanburg Skyline." Hopefully with all this momentum that will now be an option. Until then there's always photoshop
  3. I noticed this a few weeks ago, but I don't believe that anybody has mentioned it on here. This would be a lot of new homes/etc down on Southport Road. I'll be interested to see if this goes through. https://upstatebusinessjournal.com/planning-way-new-500-acre-mixed-use-community/
  4. I think the location probably has more to do with the AC Hotel than the Coffee Bar.
  5. The Franklin School should be a great thing. I had no idea this was happening and I'm ecstatic. Being a teacher, I've thought for years that something like this should exist.. clearly others feel the same way!
  6. Agreed.. if the property/house were cleaned up, it would be such a majestic entry to Spartanburg.

  8. Maybe they can get Albert Hill to play there again lol
  9. roads-scholar: Is there any chance that it would go?
  10. When the new hotel opens, it'll help a lot with that whole area. Foot-traffic (and cars for that matter) that is not Spartanburg people will hopefully spur a lot of development on the west end. It'll be nice to have non-locals spending some $$ around that end. Maybe it'll help something come to that building behind Cohen's.
  11. Does anyone know if they're going to build any larger houses in the Drayton Community? Or do you think it'll just be the 3 bed/2.5 bath?
