  1. Not sure how I feel about the total ban of scooters. I don't live in Nashville and I've only been in the area (Hendersonville) for a little over a year but I see what he's talking about regarding how dangerous they are. Also with them being left everywhere kinda looks bad and causes trip hazards for people trying to get around the city on foot. A bike/scooter lane would help and I think it should be more of a point a to point b type thing as opposed to using it and dropping it off where ever they feel like. I didn't notice it much until recently. Several times driving through the city I got stuck behind a scooter driving extremely slow with no way to get around. I don't work in Nashville either currently so anytime I'm there it's to walk around or eat but it's still quite annoying to be trapped behind them. On the flip side, they do serve a purpose if utilized and maintained correctly. It's just that if you replace a car with a slow scooter, you get worse traffic, not better.
  2. Thanks for the suggestions, the one's I've been looking into going to but haven't yet were Kentucky Kingdom and Holiday World. Not too incredibly far away. Went to Dollywood when I was a kid but I'd definitely like to go there sometime soon as it's change a ton since I went, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge is amazing. If it weren't so touristy I'd probably live there.
  3. Thanks Mark! I moved to Hendersonville from Ft Myers Florida in June 2018 and I'm amazed at how many things are going on and that I'm discovering. Like a kid at a candy store. Really in love with this whole area of Tennessee. I sure picked an exciting time to get over here. Hopefully one day someone can work out the logistics of it all.
  4. Is there any type of theme park similar to this in the works? It sure would be nice to have one close and with the boom going on in Nashville currently, it would see plenty of guests.
  5. Thanks for all the info. I moved to Hendersonville in June of 2018 so I have some catching up to do. 399 pages is a lot to go through!
