I'm wondering when we will see materials arrive (if they already haven't) and when this thing will go vertical. All the base and such is already in place so I imagine this will go fast.

I mean, it's better than what was there. I just feel like they should utilize the land better and do offices or whatever on top as well.

You mean on the parking deck? It already is. Unless more is arriving later, or they'll raise it later, this concerns me that the project was downscaled. Significantly.

Ok, so the crane is about half done and it's height is very underwhelming. Was the project scaled down or will they add height to the crane later? For reference, there's no more core tower parts. The gondola should go up next and the boom.

The lot across Ottawa has no fencing so. I think it'll be on top of Studio Park by the end of the week.

Especially once the amphitheatre and tower along with that are built. I fully expect that the founders lots be filled in once the amphitheatre gets going.

Perhaps. I know it's all temporary though. The more I think about it, the more I wonder the odds of Acrisure vacating Studio Park for a centralized skyscraper, the way they are growing at lightspeed.

Believe me, Im teasing. AFAIK the Acrisure tower is still just futures. Though I did hear that they moved into a large, recently vacated headquarters in Caledonia (Perrigo maybe) for the time being. I believe they've already filled the new building at Studio Park, so that tower is gonna happen. Where? I don't know. So, anyways, yes. I'm almost sure this is the residential tower. They thought that was going to begin in June at the earliest several months ago, so that makes the most sense.
