    I don’t think it should be worrying. Height isn’t the only thing that matters. This will be a big-time development on a key parcel, not much else you can ask for.

    Yes but they have almost 2 acres to work with. So it’s hard to predict how vertical they’ll go.

    Hate to break it to you, but lower broadway is popular because of the chaos. Visitors have a great time down there. Timberlake’s bar is a nice spot, not unruly, I’d recommend the rooftop there.

    Gentrification is a good thing. A place should not be allowed to sit in squalor just because that’s the way it’s always been.

    Also looks a bit like the Nashville SC style stadium, which I think is a good choice. I’d prefer something like that as opposed to the one in Atlanta.

    Feels like announcements for new developments has slowed in past few months? Is this a lag due to COVID (i.e. not as many developments in planning in 2020/2021)?
