Development Projects - Belknap Lookout Area

Looks really good. Do you think the entire Belknap is going to be rebuilt modern multi-family housing like this and the other new developments?
  2. Maybe someone should propose a 120 story skyscraper in downtown GR. Then maybe it will get scaled back to 40 stories! Or would that one end up a 12'er too?

    Wealthy Street Needed Renovations

Activity on Wealthy and Fuller across form Little Caesars. That corner has been empty for way too long.

Amazon looking to build in GR metro

I think that's the real play here. Make a splash going for the big prize and probably land at least a smaller one. Makes sense.

New projects on the West Side

This sounds cool. New housing along the Laker Line. Anybody know more about it? http://www.mlive.com/walker/index.ssf/2016/02/proposed_standale_housing_deve.html
  13. Looks like new estimates for 2011 population. Nice that the city is growing again. http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/states/26/2634000.html

    Martha's Vineyard

That building was crap. Everything can't be saved. Glad it's gone.
