I'm sick of this crappy ownership. I wish the Bruins would move to another city.
  2. ^ Both of those pictures are very cool!
  3. ^ Parts of Roxbury and Dorchester Tim! Neponset and Cedar Grove, the part of Dorchester that I grew up in is quite safe. So are other areas but they are no bargain when it comes to rents. Fort and Mission Hills in Roxbury are also quite nice but expensive. EDIT_ I'd consider Quincy because you can get a newer apartment on the Red Line for the money.
  4. I think i took this picture while adjusting the settings on my camera. I call it... When Urban Planet was young...
  5. I have a love/ hate relationship with Boston City Hall. I love it outside and hate it when I have to do business there.
  6. Cambridge Street in Boston on a gloomy day from the Yawkey Center at Mass General
  7. Memorial on Boston's Public Garden to the many Bostonians killed in the September 11th 2001 attack in NYC

  9. Excellent pictures guys!! B)
  10. Yes, you can see it from the Quincy train and commuter rail trains where they cross over Morrissey Blvd at Lamberts Fruit and the Swiss Chalet and again at the Neponset River crossing. On the Ashmont branch the train is elevated from Savin Hill to Fields Corner and the tank is visible most of the way.
  11. They are telling people to go see the gas tank , they may be slightly disappointed after the subway ride to Broadway like they recommend and the 5 mile walk to the tank. This happens because the friggin Globe has hired every New Yorker in the business. I mean the Globe is closer to the gas tank than Broadway and you would take Savin Hill or Columbia or even Fields Corner to get there before Broadway.
  12. he he! He's my father in laws dog, a North Carolina transplant . He would cry and cry and drive poor Nana crazy if we didn't take him out!
  13. HAPPY 4th OF JULY to our American forumers and welcome everyone to the all new Pic of the Day. Feel free to add one or a group of like images of your own creation, (yes, we can have multiple pics in one day) but please try and keep it to ones that you took and are interesting in some way. Also please keep them to a reasonable size and compress them for extra 56k friendliness. Alrighty then...Here's a ubiquitous Boston pic of three centuries of buildings, most notably the 1713 Old StateHouse, scene of the Boston Massacre.
  14. Wow, those are amazing! I'll be there soon!!
  15. Is this station supposed to be serviced by the MBTA? You said it's behind schedule, has it broken ground?
