Robinson already has major issues with traffic speed and lack of pedestrian friendly markings. They will be demoing at least 4 buildings and displacing those businesses.   2. I have gone in a few times. He used to buy local arts and crafts and antique furniture and mostly would sell to Big city buyers and Designers. Talked to him for a while and he said that he could find amazing pieces here and mark them up a lot to sell to the coasts. I am guessing he is retiring and opening up the space.

  10. I agree, The best way to sell that second or third beer is to get me to stay or fill me with some grub so I don't get too buzzed. But with more places, you often see more "bar hopping" so they may help with the route of drinkers stopping at New holland, Jolly Pumpkin, Harmony and now Cedar Springs.

  17. Yeah, I took the photo of the rock. I wanted to show that it was the same. I am guessing the stone "curbs" that surrounded the pool are still there. The bushes in the old photo are probably the same bushes that are still there to this day.

  21. The finishing on the apartment is what got me. Exposed metal ducting with tape and just jutting through the living space. The size of those square windows in those arched window space. The lack of quality is all over the place, If an apartment is not finished well from the beginning it will never look good again, it becomes a quick slide downhill because now gets compared to before and its just bad..

  23. Friesian - This place is often overlooked but really good with a good selection of drinks. 40 Acres - I was not very impressed, much of the sauces on the food we ordered was very sweet and like syrup
  24. We usually go on Tuesdays and the back fills up during trivia. We always have good food there and the beer is good and different.
