  6. 850 new residents is amazing for main street. it should bring in a number of new businesses to cater to them, albeit student driven
  7. Could it be this http://stoneyriver.com/#&panel1-1 I recall seeing it on the RHOA
  8. By modern columns I meant: Not that thing from duval county. Thats not modern imo. And I'm kind of over the giant glass box, like that in the Ohio photo. Just my little opinion though.
  9. The property itself. It has such potential.
  10. I'm excited to hear this. I've been thinking recently that a new court house is needed. I hope that the architecture is different and visually appealing...maybe even grand Something modern but with a column feature. *starts sketching*
  11. Great photos! Assembly looks crazy wide in that last photo. Narrowing will make the area look more appealing for sure.
  12. so can we expect BoA to make plans for a new bigger tower?
  13. Does anyone know what's taking the place of "On the Boarder" (i think that was the name of that thing) over in Mt. P?
  14. Does anyone recall that Columbia mall had a J. Crew back in the late 80's/early 90's?
  15. I agree that it is time for something a little more upscale for the Capital City. I am quite fond of P.F. Changs, and a Whole Foods would probably work well. Department Store wise Something upscale like Bloomingdales, Saks, Nordstroms would be nice. A department store of such caliber is completely missing from the market. Also I'd like to see the mall get an Aldo and maybe an Apple Store (not just the mini apple).
  16. That's great! Can't wait to check it out in person!
