ONE22ONE will be the name of the 23 to 27 story, 365-500,000 sq. ft. office tower to be built on the .58 acre Firestone Store site at 1221 Broadway by GBT Realty. It will include 7,000 sq. ft. of street level retail. They are also under contract for the .2 acre site just to the west owned by Rusty Dunn, that will make the full site .78 acre. Brentwood-based GBT Realty wants to build a two tower (one that could go as high as 20 stories tall) complex near the intersection of West End Ave., Murphy Road, and I-440. To be called 3415 Murphy, it will include 250,000 sq. ft. of Class A office space, 175 hotel rooms, 30,000 sq. ft. of restaurant/retail, and a parking garage on the 1.5 acre site at 3415-3419 Murphy Rd. GBT Realtors is planning a 27 story, 370 ft. mixed-use tower that will be primarily residential at 2416 West End Ave., at the split with Elliston Place. There will also be significant restaurant and retail space on the first to floors, and 5 levels of underground parking. Eden House will be a minimum 10 story residential tower with probably 200 units being planned by GBT Realty for the site of the former Green Hills Fire Station on .87 acre at 2025 Richard Jones Rd, immediately to the north of Vertis Green Hills (18 stories, opened in 2018). GBT will soon hold a community regarding the plans says Metro Councilman Russ Pulley, in whose this district it would be built. He said the name Eden is derived from one of the original streets in Green Hills, while “House” references the former Nashville Fire Station building (pictured) sitting on the site. Neit
