I have adapted this link for the previous ONE KVB Tower for the new development on the 1.4 acre site: Ritz Carlton Towers (42 and 42 stories, 240 rooms, 150 condos, 185 apts,), 560 capacity garage. Renderings, more info begin on page 14 of this thread. Here is all the info on the previous plan for the site: Mainland Companies will finally get rolling on their 1.3 acre site in SoBro for a 30 story, 475,000 sq. ft. office building that will include 25,000 sq. ft. of retail space, and 1,200 space parking garage. The triangular lot sits on the SE corner of the Music City Center Roundabout where Korean Veterans Blvd. and Lafayette Street intersect. They purchased the land for $9.4 million over several transactions in the last three years. Cost will probably be in the $200 million range. Initial renderings on Page 3 of this thread. Mainland has retained the Chicago office of architect Skidmore Owings & Merrill.
