Not sure if this was posted before, but here's a decent retail conversion of an aging pair of industrial buildings at N. Davidson and 24th. Doesn't really engage the street at all, but should help in bringing more activity to this stretch of N. Davidson. http://ww.charmeck.org/Planning/Rezoning/2017/017-031/2017-031 site plan.pdf

This is an interesting little block. I think of it is Little NoDa Jr. On 15th St on the west side of N. Davidson Street, it's less than two blocks from the future Tompkins Hall in one direction, and less than two blocks from the Sugar Creek Greenway in the other direction, and walking distance from the new Parkwood Station on the LYNX Blue Line Extension. There's probably not a lot of foot traffic at the moment, but I would expect that to change after Tompkins Hall opens up. It seems like ground zero for some interesting things happen. The businesses here will probably transition somehow, and the neighboring empty lots fill in. I do wish, though, that those apartments/condos across the street had been designed to allow for possible ground-floor retail -- something the city could have insisted upon. Oh well. And I just hope this little area is able to maintain its cool/hip vibe.
