Sorry if I missed it, but where is this taking place?

As for the professor himself, it's dandy that's he's exercising his first amendment rights (however extreme). People of ignorant of the legality of his dismissal, like me, wonder if this can be contested. Maybe it depends on whether or not the place is public or private, or whatever. Seems like he's OK to just retire and devote himself to Aryan supremacy, though.
