Where? Even if they used every square inch of that area to create a parking lot, they'd be able to fit maybe 4-5 cars.

convert existing building to a restaurant. A small parking lot will be constructed on 08021113 and 08021114

 

Yeah not sure, can't imagine it being too big though.

You all most likely have seen this, but new eatery in the Penguin spot will be called "Comida." I must say, the name is a bit underwhelming (but all-encompassing for Central and South American style food).  

 

And, isn't Plaza Midwood already a destination?  The new owner wants to turn it into one...I hope she is meaning from a regional/national perspective...as locally it already is a destination spot.

 

All in all glad to have the new restaurant and I love Mexican--was just looking for more out of the creator of Little Spoon.

Nichols Co is proposing replacing Todd's Flowers with an office building, which I believe will be pushed close to the street with parking in the rear.  Unclear, if they plan on including their former office building in the development (the grey 2 story house at the corner of Central and Hawthorne)
