New to The Forum...

I'm a new user and am interested in a past and present topic... What is the concensus on the Hayden Burns Library being saved or razed for a new development. I know the City has recently sent out a new RFP to developers. It's a great location and I think it would be a great site for a mixed use project. Does anyone have and concepts or renderings they could share? I don't know how much building and site will sell for... but surely somebody could proposed something better than Peterbrooke Chocolate factory! What say you??
