I really do hope they would upgrade this park. It is due for a major overhaul.  Contract Disney to redesign this.

From a distance, if you hold your head just right and squint, the square cutout on the Modera could remind one of La Defense in Paris.

Nice Sunset, Sunshine!

I think I mentioned before, but I like the fact that you can still see Solaire and Suntrust behind Modera from the lake. It adds some depth to the skyline from that vantage point. I do agree it still looks very stumpy, and could have been designed better with some stepbacks and variety in height of the towers, such as the East-West wing on the left with the crown being taller than the rest. 

Overall design could be better, but doesn't look that bad. At least they didn't paint it blue.

its an iPod touch 6th Generation[2015]  with a 8megapixel camera.. so not the best to current standards lol

About three more floors and the width will reduce to half for the remaining eleven floors.

Should be topped off by the end of the year or so.

I was always sooooo disappointed when they decided to make offices out of the Angebilt instead of apartments. Living there and hanging out after work at Valentyne's (next to the Beacham) was as much of an urbanista as I ever wanted to be.

That's note the Angebilt.  That's the building across from the Plaza.  BTW, I used to have my office in the Angebilt and it was great.  The original glass on the windows let a lot of heat in though.

Ahhh the Metcalf. I knew the back end didn't look right but the ground floor shops looked better with that lighting than I'm accustomed to so I was thinking Wall St. Awesome shot!
