The Police and Fire Pension Fund has spent $200,000 so far to shore up the Laura Street Trio. But that may be just a small amount compared to what it will cost to renovate the crumbling historic buildings, says the Fund

I'm not suprised of the determined condition of the buildings. They were pretty

much left for dead. I'm glad the P&F Pension Fund is determined to salvage the

buildings and develop them. The current proposal looks great, but I can't wait to

see what the new proposal is going to look like.

Shame on the city for letting it get this bad. I hope the Pension can still manage this and afford it.
