If it is above 300 feet it will be the 4th tallest building in town and go a long way to filling in the skyline some. And with a 7% office vacancy downtown it will allow companies downtown to grow or attract new ones.

Indeed. I think I read 150,000 sq feet of office and FNB is signed on for 40,000 with an option for more as needed so there should be a fair amount of space available.
