This building should be 300+ feet. The rendering is funny because it shows the site surrounded by low rises when actually it is surrounded by high rises. It's near Millenium Place which is on the corner of Boston Common in downtowin Boston.

BOSTON-Archstone-Smith began construction on Park Essex, its new Charles E. Smith-branded development in the city's downtown district near Chinatown. The project--the largest rental residential property to be developed in Boston in more than 20 years--was formerly known as Liberty Place. Thanks for the updated rendering. You beat me to the punch. It should look good. I am not a big fan of tall brick buildings, but this one has lots of glass too. It'll definitiely look better than the parking lot that covers a good portion of the site now.
