Any new Manchester skyscrapers

Manchester skyline has not changed since the City hall plaza was finished, so my question is are there any new skyscrapers on the horizon?

Not now but the future looks bright. I think sooner or later we are going to get another one. I see places in downtown where new highrises could go like replacing old buildings from the 60s. It is changing slightly though. Those new condos on the corner of Bridge and Elm topped out. Then you get the new Ballpark which kinda changes it. And also the new Bank of America signs are going up on the fleet tower. Now Manchester has its own Bofa Tower.

Oh wait I forgot about the new Hilton Gardens Hotel going up next to the new ballpark. Plus some condos behind it. I think this is going to spark some highrise development.
