The renderings submitted by New York-based Barteluce Architects & Associates show a modern building in brick, cream and white. "Everyone is excited about this store -- it is in a market we have looked at for a number of years," Reeder says. "It was the right time, the right space, and we think Neiman will be a great fit in Charlotte."
