why do these pdf links never work for me?? and i went to the press section of providenceri.com and couldnt find the spring edition:(

On the front page of ProvidenceRI.com, on the left under "Site Highlights" there is a link to the PDF. I think this is usually mailed to residents (isn't it? I can't remember how or where I've got the print copy in the past).

it just takes me to a blank page Boo to that. Anyways.. feel free to gimme a short summary of what it says
