annual precipitation quantity varies from 1500 mm in the north to just 20 mm in the south. that creates different landscaps.

the country hosts various animal spieces .the geographical location between two continents and 4 climate regions

makes the north part of the Euroasiaitic habitat zone of animals

and the south part of the African zone habitat .

birds-in addition of the local birds Israel is on the route for millions of migrating birds from Europe to Africa.

Wow, thanks for posting those photos. Since my only views of Israel have been on Television my impression of Israel is that it is only desert. Your photos have shown otherwise.

I especially like the photos of the snow skiing. I've heard that it is possible there so it is good to see some pics.
