Post sells its final Nashville property

Atlanta-based Post Properties is expected to announce today that it has sold its last apartment building in Nashville, Post Bennie Dillon Apartments in downtown, for a price possibly exceeding $10 million, according to an official familiar with the sale.

A partnership of Atlanta-based Novare Group and developer Tony Giarratana, both of whom have bought several properties together around downtown Nashville, had the 86-loft building under contract. Bennie Dillon is three blocks west on Church Street from their largest project
