I think it might be time for something non-controversial....

Here some random photos of neighborhoods just outside of downtown.

Cherry Neighborhood

Here are just a few pictures of the old Cherry neighborhood, built for the black middle class early last century.

blighted corridor between the airport and the CBD, and is on a site that has had vacant big box stores for decades.

Funny story about Bryant park. Years ago when my wife was in college, she was studying at Bryant Park and several police officers surrounded her and demanded to know what she was doing and searched her car. For some unknown reason that thought she was gathering intel of the Loomis Fargo (i think that's the company) armored car facility next door......my sweet little bank robber.

Yes, and i also on the main thoroughfare between the airport and downtown! literally, the only gunstores i've ever seen (not counting walmart and galyans and that kind of store)... was in a crusty part of durham, and west charlotte... hmmmm.

I think hyatt guns is also a major gun store... i remember articles a few years ago that mentioned in the context of a large number of people buying guns there and taking them to the northeast, where it is harder to get one.

I guess as long as there is going to be gunstore, the surrounding retail should at least look decent and new, which it will by next spring.
