I am surprised the Boston fall colors are in the same state that we have here in Charlotte.

These pics aren't from today, the sky didn't even think about being that blue today in New England.

I know in Providence the show is pretty much over between the wind and the rain we've had, and the fact that peak has peaked.

I took these pictures last Friday. It was very warm over the weekend (went to the beach) and cooler into the week. IMO we did not have a great season in this area. The peak, as it was, is over but there are still trees ranging from bare to green in Boston. Boston has a mild fall due to proximity to the ocean and city heat retention. It has a cool spring due to the ocean breezes. The climate is definitely colder than Charlotte.
