I didn't vote cause honestly, the south in general is growing like crazy, we have are in the midst of an economic boom in the SouthEast. All the people in the Rust Belt and NorthEast are all migrating to get away from Poverty in hopes of having the American Dream. But I wouldn't be surprised if Little Rock, and Baton Rouge will hit 1 mill. first.

Also you have to think were the average American would want to move, would you want to move to Florida or the Coast? The high insurance on houses and the high risk of natural disasters also loom. You have to put into thought too where Job rates are High, Safety is for certain, etc.

People migrate to the South because the cost of living is low and the climate is good. Poverty in the northeast.....if you don't know what your talking about please don't post.
Yea, there is poverty everywhere. However, you can't dispute the fact the south is more poverty striken than the "Rust Belt" and Northeast. So the contention that "all migrating to get away from Poverty" would appear to be inaccurate, given that if you moved to the South you'd be moving moreso towards poverty, not away from poverty. Right?

Maybe, but for many people in the Northeast, they are making great financial gains just by moving to the Southeast. They have far lower property taxes, more freedom in their property usage, and in some cases get more income living in a state that doesn't have income taxes.
