Onyte9 0 Report post Posted April 29, 2005 Hello all, I'm pretty new to the forums though I have been reading for a while. I'm currently in the market to buy a home but my home buying budget is around $95,000. I ran across this site while looking at Nashville lofts on the web. Although some lofts were in my budget when they first came on the market, they sold out much quicker than I had a chance to act. I know many of you guys do extensive research on the downtown area so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. I have found some pretty decent homes not too far from the city in my price rang but I was wanting to live with in medium walking distance of the Citys central core. The Edgefield and Germantown neighborhoods are far too expensive. I'm not dead set on a loft but it is my first choice. I'm 21 years old and sinlge with no pets so It wouldnt take a whole lot to accommodate me although I would like something nice. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas they would be greatly appreciated.

Onyte9 0 Report post Posted May 3, 2005 actually I contacted Zach Goodyear and he said they had just sold out so I didnt even get a chance to go by. I think I'm starting to lean more towards getting a house any ways. Anyone thats as indecisive as me knows buying anything is a task. It seems like I change directions every week.
