Sounds great! I drive past the sight almost daily wondering when some action is going to take place. I think the baseball stadium will compliment the football coliseum. I'm also anxious to see the land thats across from the future stadium sight developed. Good news is always great.

That rendition is almost a year old now, and Bill Purcell is stalling like usual. There are a lot of issues legally that have to be worked out. There are 12 banks interested but the concern is going to be "who owns what". We are all waiting.

I do know a guy who works for a firm who will have the plumbing and electrical when built. The police station is also being razed for the stadium.
