Gotta remember, monsoon, other areas of the country have the same issues with struggling industries, but these other areas don't necessarily have the strong influx of new industries that NC is gaining.

Quick example...While Charlotte is struggling with textile mills closing, it is gaining steam with the banking industry and a load of smaller industries throughout the area. By comparison, Buffalo is struggling with steel plants and other manufacturing facilities closing, but the only new things that seem to come to town are crappy call center jobs.
