Tower Properties

Tower properties owns about 8 acres of land downtown, but only a little bit of it can be used for the 1 million square feet planned. This means buildings at least 12 floors and over.

Here is a map of theirs that I painted over to show the land area they can use (not colored)

that is 8 blocks and most are small, I can see a lowrise on the biggest, but the rest may become highrises. This will happen like Crown Center, as tenants come forward.

just a bunch of 6 floor buildings...

But still, its a good business catcher for downtown

Oh well. More towers would be nice, but this is still great news.

Yes it is, we drove in the river market area to work today, that are which all the 6 floo0r buildings are shown, is just parking lots, I dont care how we get rid of the parking lots, as long as the building is above 5 floors
