This summer a decision on one of the biggest new projects in Fort Mill will be made.

Because of growth in York County, the State of South Carolina took applications this spring to build a new hospital and four groups are now competing for the right to build it.

At his desk in Columbia, Joel Grice is responsible for choosing between the four plans for a 64-bed hospital. He expects the decision will come down to small details.
