Thoughts on a ATL-Inside the Perimeter merger.

I was visiting another urban site that talked about the idea of ATl incorporating all land inside the Perimeter. The site also said that it is actually remotely possible nowadays. The population of the city then would nearly (or perhaps) double.

There is nothing really official planned, it's just proposed.

Just wanted to know your thoughts.
